Glass Fusion Fish Yard Art

Resident artist Donna Smit will teach this fun filled 'Fish" Yard art class. Students will create a fish, such as a trout, salmon or your own colorful fish. Approximate finished size is 11-12" long(a keeper!) Previous glass cutting experienced preferred. Each student will learn glass cutting, copper inclusions, enamels, and creating your own clear frit to create scales. The student will also learn about the types of glass; transparent and opaque and the use of stringers and frit. Each fish comes with a yard stake. Limited to 8 students. $70
